The 12^th  EOTTD meeting in Stockholm offers an opportunity to submit scientific abstracts. We welcome all topics within the field of GTD. The EOTTD board will choose abstracts for oral (10 minutes + 5 minutes questions) or poster presentation. There will be a young investigator award for best abstract.

How to submit an abstract

All abstracts should be submitted in the online submission system (button below). Only abstracts submitted online will be considered for review. All correspondence regarding the abstract will be with the person submitting the abstract. This person is expected to register for the meeting and be prepared to present his/her work.

Before submitting an abstract, please ensure that you have read all of the instructions regarding abstract submission below.

Abstract format

• Title: The abstract title is limited to 150 characters. Please do not use only capital letters unless abbreviations or similar.
• Authors and affiliations: Please enter the authors’ names and affiliations in the dedicated fields. Please indicate which author will present the abstract.
• Text: Abstracts should include Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion, Funding (optional), References (optional). Word count is limited to 300 words excluding the title, authors and affiliations.
• Image: The abstract allows for one image. The image will be automatically scaled to a maximum height of 200px. Please use the Preview button at the end to view the full abstract, including the image.

Presentation format

Oral or poster presentation. The organising committee and the EOTTD board will select 3-4 abstracts for oral presentation, all others will be presented as posters.
